By accessing or placing an order on themaroonlabel.com, you agree to the following terms.

Products

• All our kurti sets are designed for girls and are described as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen display differences.
• Sizes are as per our size chart available on the product pages. Please refer to it before ordering.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders & Payments

• We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• COD orders carry a ₹100 non-refundable handling fee applicable at the time of return (not charged upfront).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious.

Shipping

• We ship across India. Delivery timelines vary by location (typically 4–7 business days).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law
