At The Maroon Label, we strive to deliver your ethnic wear safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Coverage

Delivery Timeframes

Standard orders are delivered within 10–15 business days from the date of order confirmation.
In rare cases involving courier delays, weather disruptions, remote locations, or high-demand periods (festivals, sales), delivery may take up to 4–6 weeks (1–1.5 months). We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
COD orders are processed after verification. Please ensure your contact number is reachable for our team to confirm your order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to track your delivery.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.
In case of a returned COD order, the ₹100 handling fee will still be applicable upon refund.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order details and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
